The current issue of Wild Land News raises covers many issues relevant to the Highland landscape: renewable energy schemes, phone masts, access tracks, woodland planting ... What are your views on what SWLG should be doing? Please come along and give your views.

We hope to see as many members as possible: wild land in Scotland is under increasing threat and it is always good to get together to discus what can be done.
If you are unable to attend, your voice still matters. Please read the trustees’ annual report when it’s posted and let us know your comments or concerns. If you cannot be there, please return a proxy voting form, either by post or email.

Venue: Lecture Theatre, Perth Museum & Art Gallery, 78 George St, Perth (note: there is no dedicated parking at the venue).
This is more than just an AGM. Wild land in Scotland is under as great a threat as ever. Please support wild land by coming along, where you will be able to: pick up leaflets to distribute, collect a copy of SWLG’s report on the state of wild land, meet other likeminded people, hear Chris Townsend talk.

Venue: this was a virtual AGM taking place via Zoom at 2pm.

2020 AGM: Saturday 5th December
Venue: this was a virtual AGM taking place via Zoom at 3pm.
2019 AGM: Saturday 7th December
Venue: Quakers' Meeting House, Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh at 2pm
The AGM started at 2pm in the Meeting Room, followed by coffee/tea and biscuits at 2.30pm in the Library. There was be a presentation in the Meeting Room at 3pm, given by photographer and mountain enthusiast Norman McNab. The meeting closed at 4pm.

2018 AGM: Saturday 1st December
Venue: Birnam Arts and Conference Centre, Dunkeld at 2pm
This AGM was followed by a discussion with Helen McDade of the John Muir Trust on Wild Land Areas. There was also be a pre-meeting walk with some of the Steering Group at 10.30am.
