Please join, donate to the group, or get involved in our work. We always welcome letters, contributions to Wild Land News, offers of assistance and suggestions. Or come along to our annual AGM and join the steering team!
Join the SWLG
The Scottish Wild Land Group relies on your support to protect and promote Scotland's wild land and native species. We are a not-for-profit group and depend on our membership to cover the costs of our campaigns, producing Wild Land News and representing your views in the right places.
An annual subscription costs £10.00 for individual members and £15 for 'family membership' for two people living at the same address. The reduced subscription for unwaged, senior citizens, and junior (under 18) members is £5.00. Corporate membership is also available for £50.00 per year. You will receive a quarterly copy of Wild Land News in the post.

We are grateful for donations of any amount to the Group. These allow us to raise the profile of our work and fund our campaigns.
Your Organisation Needs You!
The Scottish Wild Land Group, in common with other charities, is desperately short of volunteers able to help us to achieve our aims. We currently need assistance in the following areas and if you think you have some knowledge and expertise (we are not looking for experts!) we would welcome hearing from you.
- ■Website management
- ■Twitter, social media in general
- ■Landscape photography (we are not looking for a second Colin Prior!)
- ■Some interest in helping us to respond to such matters as consultations, planning applications for wind farms and small hydro plants. Interesting work but we cannot cover all we need to do in the interests of wild land.
If you think you could spare us some time, however small, please contact us, or get in touch with any Steering Group member.
